All questions, comments, or requests for the HOA must be submitted through official channels. Homeowners, tenants, vendors, or members of the public can email [email protected], use the Contact Us form on the HOA website, or contact the management company directly by calling (614) 481-4411 or emailing [email protected]. Homeowners may also send a message through the CPS portal.
Contacting board members about HOA concerns by visiting their homes, calling or texting their cell phones, messaging them on Facebook, or tagging them on social media is not appropriate or permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.
If your pool fob has been deactivated due to non-payment of the account, it will not automatically reactivate when you make a payment. Owners must contact the HOA to request reactivation of a deactivated fob and provide proof of payment. The fob will be reactivated as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.
