New Management Company
Due to significant issues with Cedar Management Group after they merged with EMS and took over our account on October 1, 2025, the Board elected not to renew their contract, which expires on March 31, 2026. The Board has selected a Worthington, Ohio company, Capital Property Solutions (CPS), to be our new management company, effective April 1, 2026. Check your email for more detailed information, with more to come in the month ahead!
Annual HOA Meeting
The 2026 Annual HOA Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the Northwood Elementary School Commons. Please mark your calendars! Formal written notice of the meeting with be sent to homeowners by CPS in at timely manner and in accordance with our governing documents.
Re-Shoveling and Plowing of the Pool Parking Lot
The pool parking lot will be plowed and the sidewalks near the bus stop will be re-shoveled on Sunday 2/01/2026 to remove as much of the drifted snow as possible. These areas should be clear when school resumes on Monday. The HOA has also expanded our snow removal contract to include the pool parking lot whenever we have heavy snow. Thank you to our snow removal contractor, Landscape Design Solutions, and to the homeowners who reached out to us here on the website!
